hackers? No clue

I've been hearing issues with ppl that are being blamed for hacking. Ppl say this becuz anytime they say something the "hacker" says it before thier speech bubbble appears. How do they do this? Maybe its becuz they have the beta hat.... :^)

    I saw the person yesterday he was rad, but he wouldnt add me. :^(
